Recommended Training Sequence
1. Administrator Training: Admins should complete this training first. The setup must be done before users can be added to the system.
2. User Training: Once Admins have set up ACM Messenger and have added their staff, they and their staff can take the User Training. We recommend a gap of a few days to a week between the two sessions.
3. Advanced Features: This training should be taken after at least three months of consistent use of ACM Messenger, as it builds upon the foundational knowledge gained in the previous sessions.

- Who Should Attend: This training is for people who have been consistent users for at least three months and want to learn more detailed capabilities.
- What You’ll Learn: All the advanced features, functions, and use cases to become an ACM Messenger power user.
